Quiet and comfortable - the perfect place to escape. Call (415) 868-0243 for reservations and further info. |
| Woodville Ranch is technically in Dogtown, just outside of Bolinas, where as historians might tell you, the town has its lumber and mining community origins. The property is part of the old Pablo Briones land grant, and proprietor Russ Sands, who lives there with his wife, Anne, still finds odd pieces of china, railroad spikes and square-headed nails, remants of the old days. You wouldn't know from the serentity of the place that Anne serves on the Bolinas Fire Board. A great get-away, perfect for visiting family or friends, or anyone else that can appreciate a quiet weekend in nature that is steeped in age-old history. |

| It's hard to miss the Coast Cafe ever since David, one of the owners, constructed a huge sign on the roof. The place never lacks customers anyway, since it is right in downtown and serves up great fish & chips, steaks, breakfasts and an array of other culinary delights. Sit outside on a nice day and eat oysters, or sip a beer in the beer garden. |
