Stop making comparisons to other people! Be completely yourself. After all you aren’t
ever going to be anyone else except fully and truly yourself. What’s the point of trying to
impress people by acting like someone you’re not. You want to be loved for yourself.
People could be moody or out-of-sorts because their relationships are not going the way
they’d like.

Bickering Advisory? What are people splitting hairs about now? The Democratic
National Convention starts today and there will likely be some contentious individuals
seeking to be heard today. Gemini is a great idea machine, but Virgo is the one who is
looking at the time, expense and effort entailed, as well as who’s going to be the actual
person doing the work. People are likely to push one another and feel pushed.

People are likely to feel talked-out, tired of superficial conversation and hunger for more
emotional depth, relevance and meaning. Mercury/Pluto will be exactly square on
Wednesday, so we will feel these two in the background till then and then some. Pluto
will turn Stationary Direct on Monday September 8th. So every astrological aspect to
Pluto this week and next will be extra heavy!

The Moon Rules. We have Fresh Energy when the Moon enters each sign. When the
Moon enters Cancer, women really feel their womanliness. It’s time for everyone, you too
guys, to really get in touch with your own authentic feeling nature. Be honest with
yourself about how you really feel about people, things and issues in your life. Some of us
who are not in touch with themselves emotionally or externalize their feelings onto
women might find this a time of feeling vulnerable or insecure. Our homes, immediate
environment, our families, children are Number One right now. We’re likely to head to
the Home Turf this evening. If we entertain, it’ll be there, we’re hospitable this evening,
making people feel comfortable and right at home. Michelle Obama will be addressing
the Democratic Convention tonight. Illinois Congressman Jesse Jackson Jr and House

those in your immediate environment on the other. Sometimes you have to please both.
Listening with complete attention often can be disarming. Avoid Pushing to get your
way. If someone says no, they mean it, nagging or whining won’t change that. People
who seek to unite a diverse group of people may find bringing people together shows up
the differences of opinion.

play with children, who enjoy seeing someone who can be a just big kid like themselves.
Fresh energy in the air tonight will light a fire under those who act-out to be the center
of attention. The Vice-Presidential nominee, Joe Biden, will speak.

THURSDAY August 28th

Mars brings enthusiasm to promoting relationships. People very likely could get with an
early morning work-out routine to make themselves more attractive.

Barak Obama, a polished and persuasive speaker, is scheduled to make his acceptance
speech for the Presidential Nomination tonight. What we say, we say gracefully,
diplomatically, charmingly. Courtesy, Good Manners and the Willingness to Listen to
others always will take everyone far. Listen up, Guys! Showing awareness and
consideration will get you invited back again and again, whereas crudeness or coarseness
will get the door slammed in your face. Think about it. The down side of Mercury/Libra
is its indecisiveness. Al Gore will also be speaking Thursday night.
Mercury will spend a long time in Libra. It will turn Retrograde on September 24th at
22º Libra, then it will appear to go backwards all the way to 7º Libra on October 16th,
the same degree it was on September 3rd, so I want you to watch the decisions you make
around and after that date especially, for many the start of the school year. I hope you all
keep a journal, so you’ll know where you were and what you were doing. Mercury exits
Libra and enters Scorpio on Election Day November 4th.

SATURDAY August 30th

In her own home airspace, Venus is gracious, charming, very feminine and receptive.
This will be a period, when the power of Venus really comes through, Venus will zip
through her home sign and get into Scorpio by September 23rd. This is an excellent time
to attract new friends and long-lasting relationships.
NEW MOON
MOON/7º Virgo conjunct SUN/7º Virgo 12:58 pm PDST, 3:58 pm EDST
Our energy’s going to drop like a rock around this hour. This is a good time to take a
Saturday afternoon nap! This New Moon is about ending the summer and beginning the
school year. We adapt to change, because change is the only constant on this planet. We
could feel something of the change of the season strongly today.
MOON/11º Virgo conjunct SATURN/11º Virgo 7:21 pm, 10:21 pm
The Dark of the Moon is followed closely by Saturn which keeps the energy low. Some
could be hard on others, and I’m sure you’ll Consider The Source, when it comes to
criticism, but critics, especially Virgos may be much harder on themselves than other
people. People will have to battle Saturn’s energy to go out. Deal with anything you’ve
avoided or procrastinated on to free yourself up from it hanging at the back of your mind
first. Get those chores out of the way and feel satisfaction from dealing with them.

A little Luck? Opportunity? Serendipity? We’ll be watching Saturn and Jupiter as they
move into exact sextile, that’s a 60º angle, around September 8th, Mars and Mercury in
Libra get into the act too, as Jupiter finally turns Direct on September 7th. Taking care
of business cheerfully, giving it our best honest effort will be rewarding. Curbing
excessive spending or deferring investments will pay off later.

People might be restless even accident-prone around this hour or have their
concentration disrupted. The Moon in Virgo makes this a good day for working on

are fiercely independent. We get things as much as possible out of the way for Labor Day
and the week ahead.

looking for a refined and genteel atmosphere, that’s inclusive and gives everyone a
chance to shine.

Gorgeous! Yes, people will be looking to attract persons of the opposite sex if they are
currently unattached. They will be looking for long-term lasting relationships with

beautify their surroundings. Others will be refreshed by being out in nature.
